Refurbished MSC Poesia begins weekly Alaska cruises from Seattle

The 2,550-passenger ship is operating round-trip summer voyages with Alaska-focused food, enrichment and wildlife programming.

Authorities say the dispute escalated after nearby passengers asked the couple to lower their voices.

The incoming vessels are projected to add about 27,100 lower berths and lift global cruise capacity by 4%.

The ship scored 84 in Tampa, while several other vessels received scores just above the program’s threshold.
