Whitney Houston production to headline Norwegian Aura
The 45-minute concert experience is planned as the ship’s main production when it launches in May 2027.

Norwegian Cruise Line plans to make Whitney: A Celebration of Whitney Houston the headline production aboard Norwegian Aura when the ship launches in May 2027. The vessel is scheduled to make its European debut that month with a Mediterranean sailing.
Developed with Houston’s estate and Primary Wave Music, the 45-minute show will combine a band and live vocals with immersive visuals. Performances will extend beyond the main stage in the ship’s three-story Aura Theatre & Club.
Norwegian has confirmed that the production will include I Will Always Love You, It’s Not Right, But It’s OK, and I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me). The cruise line has previously developed similar artist-centered productions based on Prince and Elton John aboard Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna.
