Croozie is a free tool that allows users to browse, compare, and explore cruise sailings across multiple cruise lines. The Service also provides a roommate matching feature that helps users find potential cabin mates for specific sailings. Croozie does not sell, book, or fulfill cruise reservations. All bookings are made directly through the respective cruise line.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Croozie has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may filter, remove, or block content that violates this policy, including offensive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, spammy, or deceptive material.
Users can report objectionable content directly inside the Service. Croozie reviews reports and, when a violation is confirmed, removes the offending content and ejects the offending user from the Service.
Sailing information, including dates, itineraries, and prices, is sourced from publicly available cruise line data and may not always be current or accurate. Croozie makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any sailing data displayed. Always verify details directly with the cruise line before making any booking decisions.
The roommate matching feature connects users who have expressed interest in sharing a cabin on the same sailing. Croozie facilitates introductions only and assumes no responsibility for the conduct, reliability, or suitability of any matched user. You interact with other users at your own risk.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Croozie and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Cruise line names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Croozie does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Croozie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users, reliance on sailing data, or inability to access the Service.
Croozie may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Croozie reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
