Vision of the Seas arrival delayed and itinerary changed
Royal Caribbean revised arrival and boarding plans in Baltimore because of weather conditions.

A letter placed in cabins said Vision of the Seas would arrive in Baltimore, Maryland, at approximately 2:00pm on September 24 because of unfavorable weather and high winds.
Embarkation for the next sailing was not expected to begin before half past four in the afternoon. Royal Caribbean said guests had to arrive no later than half past six in the evening, and the company wanted everyone aboard by 7:00pm.
Royal Caribbean said it would provide logistical and financial assistance to passengers who needed to reschedule flights. The cruise line offered up to $200 per guest for domestic flight changes and up to $400 per guest for international changes.
Because a nor’easter was expected to affect the New England coast, the itinerary was changed to a Bahamas cruise. The revised voyage included stops in Orlando, Nassau and Freeport.
