Virgin Voyages refreshes menus across three dining venues
New offerings are arriving at The Beach Club at Bimini, The Wake and The Dock, with dining included in the cruise fare.

Virgin Voyages has partnered with chef Rashida Holmes to create a new menu for The Beach Club at Bimini, replacing the venue’s original selections with dishes influenced by Bahamian and Caribbean flavors.
The cruise line said the Bimini menu rollout would begin Oct. 16, 2026. It was scheduled to reach guests sailing on Resilient Lady in mid-October, followed by Scarlet Lady in late October and Brilliant Lady in mid-November. Valiant Lady is due to receive the menu when it returns to Bimini in April 2027.
Elsewhere, Virgin Voyages worked with chef Brad Farmerie on refreshed brunch and dinner menus for The Wake, the line’s interpretation of a traditional steakhouse. The company also plans to offer additional specials at the restaurant during voyages lasting more than seven nights.
The Dock has introduced a separate lineup of Mediterranean-inspired dishes intended for sharing. According to Virgin Voyages, the updated menus at The Dock and The Wake were already available when the changes were announced. Dining at all three venues is included in the voyage fare.
