Virgin Voyages refreshes fleet and Bimini dining menus
New dishes developed with chefs Rashida Holmes and Brad Farmerie are being introduced at onboard venues and the Beach Club at Bimini.

Virgin Voyages has announced dining updates across its fleet and at the Beach Club at Bimini, including new menus created in collaboration with chefs Rashida Holmes and Brad Farmerie.
Holmes developed a Caribbean-inspired selection for the Bimini venue, drawing on her Barbadian and Trinidadian roots. The menu includes Curry Chicken Roti, Snapper Patties and Tamarind BBQ Skewers. Virgin Voyages said the new Caribbean menu will also roll out across the fleet from October through April 2027.
At The Wake, Farmerie helped revise the brunch and dinner offerings. Additions at the cruise line’s signature steakhouse include Waldorf Salad, Tuna Tartare and Grilled Swordfish, alongside other expanded seafood choices.
The Dock has also added shareable dishes to its Mediterranean-inspired menu, including Jewelled Tabbouleh and Turkish Devilled Eggs. The refreshed menus are available now. Virgin Voyages said the changes are part of its continuing investment in dining, with more than 20 eateries included in the voyage fare.
