Virgin Voyages introduces Ariya restaurant on Valiant Lady
The Indian dining venue, developed with chef Maneet Chauhan, replaced Razzle Dazzle during a two-week dry dock.

Virgin Voyages has added Ariya, an Indian restaurant created in collaboration with chef, restaurateur and television personality Maneet Chauhan, aboard Valiant Lady. The venue debuted after the ship completed a two-week dry dock, when the former Razzle Dazzle restaurant was converted into the new concept.
Ariya’s menu offers revised takes on Chauhan’s recipes, blending Indian cooking with Southern influences. The addition expands the dining choices aboard Valiant Lady while using an existing restaurant space.
Valiant Lady has six specialty restaurants rather than a conventional main dining room. The ship also uses a food hall in place of a traditional buffet and offers more than 20 places to eat across the vessel.
