Viking reports $4 billion cash position entering second half of 2026
The cruise company also had $5 billion in deferred revenue and an undrawn $1 billion revolving credit facility, according to the report.

Viking entered the second half of 2026 with $4 billion in cash and equivalents, described in the report as a $4 billion cash reserve. The company also recorded $5 billion in deferred revenue.
Beyond its cash holdings, Viking maintained a $1 billion revolving credit facility that remained undrawn. As of June 2026, the company reported net debt of $2.4 billion and a net leverage ratio of 1.2 times.
The report said Viking is prioritizing deliveries of new river and ocean vessels rather than acquisitions of existing competitors. It attributed that approach to the company’s aim of maintaining consistent service standards and alignment with its brand as its fleet grows.
