Viking lists 2028 Shores and Fjords sailing from Bergen to Amsterdam
The seven-night Viking Neptune itinerary includes five intermediate ports across Norway and Denmark.

Viking has listed an eight-day, seven-night Shores and Fjords cruise departing Bergen on April 5, 2028, and arriving in Amsterdam on April 12. The generally southbound itinerary calls at Flåm, Stavanger, Kristiansand and Oslo in Norway before continuing to Skagen, Denmark, and Amsterdam, where the ship stays overnight.
The voyage operates aboard Viking Neptune, described by writer Mike Unwin as a 47,842-tonne ship carrying more than 930 passengers. Unwin, who said the sailing was his first ocean cruise, joined a kayaking excursion from Flåm in which 24 participants paddled in pairs.
Viking lists fares for the April 2028 departure from £3,590 per person, subject to availability. The package includes select UK flights, a veranda stateroom, transfers and onboard meals. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included with lunch and dinner, with no corkage fee. Viking also includes one excursion in each port, Wi-Fi, gratuities, Nordic Spa access, evening entertainment and enrichment talks.
