Victory II refreshed for Great Lakes sailings
The 2004-built ship received technical and guest-area updates in early 2026 following Victory Cruise Lines’ return to the region.

Victory Cruise Lines resumed Great Lakes operations with Victory I and Victory II by summer 2025. Built in 2004, Victory II underwent a significant refurbishment in early 2026 that added new soft goods, wallpaper and other interior updates.
Work included main-engine overhauls, crane recertifications and replacement decking. Guest-area changes covered a redesigned Coastal Dining Room entrance, a new window in The Grill, upgraded public-space lighting, new restaurant and stair carpeting, and refreshed upholstery. Mobile cooking stations were also installed in the Compass Lounge for demonstrations and competitions.
Fares include all dining, including the Tuscan Grill specialty venue, along with Wi-Fi, gratuities and most beverages. A pre-cruise hotel night, at least one shore excursion in each port, hotel-to-ship transportation and ship-to-airport transfers are also covered. Premium drinks, enhanced excursions, laundry, spa services and gift-store purchases cost extra.
Apart from two 335-square-foot Owner’s Suites, every cabin is under 200 square feet; Category B outside rooms can be as small as 146 square feet. Club Level accommodations add a stocked mini-fridge, two complimentary laundry bags per cruise, and a once-per-cruise cocktail and special-menu Tuscan Grill dinner.
An elevator serves decks 1 through 4 but not the Deck 5 sun deck. Victory II’s two designated accessible staterooms are not shown on deck plans and must be requested in advance when booking.
