Victory Casino Cruises suspends service as Victory I repairs continue
The Port Canaveral operator has canceled its remaining 2026 sailings, halted reservations and said affected customers will receive refunds.

Victory Casino Cruises has suspended operations because Victory I remains in dry dock for extensive repairs. The company, which operates from Port Canaveral, Florida, has canceled all remaining sailings scheduled for 2026 and is no longer accepting new reservations.
Captain Tim Levensaler said in a Facebook post that additional required work had prolonged the vessel’s time out of service after the company had hoped to restart sailings sooner. Victory has not disclosed the full scope of the repairs or identified the facility carrying out the work.
Pete Lynch said in a public Facebook post that the extended dry-dock period forced Victory to furlough all employees, including him. The company launched operations in 2011.
Victory said customers with upcoming reservations or paid deposits would receive refunds through their original payment methods. It has not provided an estimated processing time for those refunds. No return-to-service date has been set for Victory I.
