Trial postponed for teenager charged in cruise ship death
Court records say T.H. has pleaded not guilty to charges of raping and murdering his stepsister, Anna Kepner, aboard a cruise ship.

The trial of a teenager accused of sexually assaulting and killing his stepsister during a cruise has been rescheduled for Jan. 25, 2027.
Court records identify the defendant as T.H. and charge him with raping and murdering Anna Kepner aboard the ship in November 2025. He has entered a not-guilty plea to the charges.
The proceedings had been due to begin during the month in which the postponement was reported. A judge granted a request from T.H.’s defense attorneys for more time before trial.
According to the stated basis for the request, the additional time will allow the defense team to finish its investigation and properly advise T.H. about his available options as the case moves forward.
