Tangled: The Musical Is Coming to Disney Believe
Disney Cruise Line plans to stage the Broadway-style production with new special effects aboard its next Wish-class ship.
Disney Cruise Line will present Tangled: The Musical aboard Disney Believe, which is scheduled to launch in 2027. Disney said the version created for the new ship will feature new special effects.
The production will be staged in the Walt Disney Theatre, located across Decks 3 and 4. Disney Believe is also set to have a Grand Hall featuring a Moana statue. Tinker Bell will appear on the bow, while Buzz and Woody will be featured on the stern.
Disney Believe is being assembled at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. The vessel will be the fourth ship in the Wish class, following Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
A fifth Wish-class vessel, operated by Oriental Land Company, is planned to begin sailing from Japan in 2029.
