Sun Princess wins Princess Cruises’ fleet performance trophy
The traveling Princess Cup recognizes shipboard teams for some of the company’s strongest results.
Sun Princess has received the Princess Cup, an internal Princess Cruises award recognizing performance across the company’s fleet.
Princess Cruises describes the Cup as a fleet competition honoring shipboard teams that deliver some of its strongest results. The contest has been associated with guest-experience measures including Overall Net Promoter Score, crew friendliness and officer visibility.
Introduced in 2023, the competition first recognized Sapphire Princess, which went on to become a leading performer in the contest. Discovery Princess, Sky Princess and Coral Princess have also earned the honor.
The Princess Cup moves between ships, with the latest winner taking possession of the traveling trophy. Previous victories are represented on its base, recording the competition’s history as shipboard teams vie for the fleet recognition.
