Scarlet Lady sails Western Caribbean itinerary from Miami
A weeklong account highlighted Virgin Voyages’ adults-only format, included dining and calls in Mexico, Honduras and the Bahamas.

A passenger who spent a week aboard Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady described the Western Caribbean cruise as a departure from traditional cruise expectations. The sailing embarked from Miami and visited Costa Maya in Mexico, Roatán in Honduras and Bimini in the Bahamas.
According to the account, the adults-only ship offered more than 20 restaurants and eateries, along with a pool, hot tubs, private cabanas, a spa, a gym, shops and multiple indoor and outdoor bars. Other listed facilities included a tattoo studio, barbers and hairdressers.
The passenger reported that food, gratuities, soft drinks and filter coffee were included in the trip price. The Virgin Voyages app provided event and show schedules, restaurant reservations, excursion bookings, room-service ordering and onboard spending information.
Available activities during the port calls included Mayan ruins tours, jungle zip-lining, snorkelling, kayaking and jeeping, the account said. The passenger joined the ruins and zip-line excursions, while the Bimini stop included a visit to Virgin’s private beach club.
