Sam’s Club relaunches travel service with cruise-booking platform
The Walmart-owned warehouse retailer has entered the cruise market through a partnership with booking technology company Boundless Labs.

Sam’s Club has relaunched Sam’s Club Travel with a website that allows members to book cruises. The service was developed through a partnership with Boundless Labs, a cruise-booking technology company that has operated for five years.
The platform offers a curated selection of itineraries instead of listing every available option. Members can use digital self-service tools while also accessing assistance from human cruise experts.
Cruise reservations are eligible for Sam’s Cash loyalty rewards. In one example provided for the service, a $659 Norwegian Viva Caribbean cruise offered $140 back in Sam’s Cash. The platform is positioned around member value, supplier-funded benefits, curation, technology and service rather than price alone.
Boundless Labs said more than 90% of cruise reservations it processes for other partners, including Kayak and PerkSpot, are completed online.
