Royal Caribbean shares fall 4.3% to $287.62

A financial-data analysis placed the cruise company’s stock above its value estimate despite a year-to-date gain.

Royal Caribbean Group shares fell 4.3% to $287.62 on Aug. 20, 2026, according to a financial-data report. The price was within the stock’s stated 52-week range of $232.10 to $366.50.

The report said Royal Caribbean shares had declined 7.2% over the preceding week and 11.1% during the past year. Despite those decreases, the stock was up 4.2% for the year to date.

The analysis put the stock’s GF Value estimate at $276.31, making the reported share price 4.1% higher than that benchmark. It also assigned Royal Caribbean a GF Score of 84 out of 100, which the report said suggested strong overall performance while pointing to areas of concern.

Insiders sold $631 million in shares without making any purchases, according to the report. It also said Royal Caribbean’s current trailing price-to-earnings ratio was below its five-year historical median, characterizing the shares as discounted relative to that past valuation measure. The stock alert was produced using automated technology and financial data and was reviewed by an editorial team before publication.
