Royal Caribbean Shares Drop 3.8% as Yearly Decline Reaches 24.8%
A market analysis placed the cruise company’s shares below its estimated value while reporting substantial insider sales.

Royal Caribbean Group shares fell 3.8% to $268.74 on Aug. 31, 2026, according to a market analysis. The analysis said the stock had declined 24.8% during the preceding 12 months amid significant price fluctuations.
The company’s shares traded within a 52-week range of $232.10 to $366.50, the analysis reported. It estimated Royal Caribbean’s GF Value at $277.53, compared with the $268.74 market price, and characterized the difference as a 3.2% undervaluation.
The analysis also reported that Royal Caribbean insiders had sold $631 million worth of shares over the prior 12 months, with no insider purchases during that period. It assigned the company a GF Score of 85 out of 100, which the analysis said reflected strong overall performance.
