Royal Caribbean quarterly earnings and revenue exceed expectations

The cruise company also issued fiscal and third-quarter 2026 earnings guidance as analyst ratings remained broadly positive.

Royal Caribbean Cruises reported quarterly earnings of $4.21 per share, above the consensus estimate of $3.98. Quarterly revenue reached $4.83 billion, compared with analysts’ expectations of $4.82 billion.

The company posted a net margin of 23.54% and a return on equity of 43.33%. Revenue increased 6.5% year over year. Royal Caribbean set fiscal 2026 guidance at 17.730 to 17.870 earnings per share and third-quarter 2026 guidance at 6.260 to 6.360 earnings per share.

The twenty-two analysts covering the company had an average rating of Moderate Buy. That included seven hold ratings, fourteen buy ratings and one strong buy rating. Brokerages that issued ratings during the past year had an average 12-month price target of $353.40.
