Rhapsody of the Seas will anchor the cruise line’s first full-year European program, alongside seasonal deployments by four other ships.

Royal Caribbean International plans to begin offering year-round cruises in Europe during the 2028-29 season. Rhapsody of the Seas will operate seven- to 12-night sailings from Piraeus, Barcelona and Lisbon as part of the expanded deployment.

Four other Royal Caribbean ships will operate seasonal European programs in 2028. Explorer of the Seas will offer seven-night Mediterranean cruises from May through October, visiting the Greek Isles and Croatia and including later stays in Santorini.
Freedom of the Seas will sail three- to nine-night Northern and Southern Europe itineraries from Southampton between May and October. Jewel of the Seas will operate seven- to 11-night Baltic cruises from Copenhagen and Stockholm between May and August.
Liberty of the Seas will round out the announced program with seven- and eight-night Greek Isles and Mediterranean cruises from May through October 2028.
