Royal Caribbean hosts major agent training event on Legend of the Seas
Nearly 200 UK and Ireland travel agents joined a wider EMEA group for four days of training and ship experiences.

Nearly 200 travel agents from the UK and Ireland boarded Legend of the Seas for an event described by Royal Caribbean International as its biggest Seminar at Sea to date. They joined more than 350 travel partners from across the EMEA region.
The four-night program was scheduled for Aug. 16-20, 2026, aboard what the company describes as the first Icon Class ship in Europe. Three training sessions covered onboard experiences, suite accommodations, ports of call and Royal Caribbean’s destination portfolio.
The sailing also demonstrated the cruise line’s new AI-powered live translation tool, which provides translated audio and closed captions in participants’ preferred languages.
Departing from Barcelona, the itinerary included visits to Palma de Mallorca and La Spezia. Agents also had time to explore the ship’s dining, drinks and entertainment offerings, including the new Hollywoodland Supper Club and a production of Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
