Royal Caribbean expands Voyager of the Seas program in Asia Pacific

The ship is scheduled to offer cruises from multiple regional homeports during the 2027-28 season.

Royal Caribbean is expanding its 2027-28 Asia Pacific program with Voyager of the Seas operating across Australia, Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia. Publicly available deployment information shows the ship using several homeports from October 2027 through at least April 2028.

Voyager of the Seas is scheduled to sail itineraries ranging from two to 15 nights, alternating among departures from Brisbane, Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, according to deployment reports. Cruise-industry reports describe calls in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, while longer voyages are expected to reach Taiwan, Japan and coastal China.

In Australia, Royal Caribbean plans to operate three ships during the southern summer. Voyager of the Seas is expected to be based mainly in Brisbane for part of the season, alongside other company ships departing Sydney and serving Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Full information for every 2028 sailing had not yet been added to booking systems.
