Royal Caribbean executives join Wonder of the Seas sailing for guest feedback
Company leaders met with passengers during a four-night Bahamas cruise carrying about 5,734 guests.

Royal Caribbean CEO Michael Bayley and other senior cruise line executives sailed aboard Wonder of the Seas to gather passengers’ views on the company’s vacation experience and future offerings.
Bayley said the team was listening to what guests liked, disliked and wanted to see in the future. Senior Vice President Vicki Freed said executives divided into groups to meet passengers, share meals with them and conduct focus groups. The discussions covered what travelers valued about Royal Caribbean, what they did not favor and why they selected the cruise line.
The feedback effort took place as Wonder of the Seas operated a four-night Bahamas itinerary with approximately 5,734 passengers aboard.
Royal Caribbean Group CEO Jason Liberty separately said during the company’s second-quarter earnings call that its net promoter scores were averaging in the low-to-mid 70s. He attributed strengthening demand for the company’s vacation experiences to consumers seeking experiences and to the company team’s execution.
