An internal Royal Caribbean newsletter said that 643 crew members from 23 ships had taken part in projects across 16 ports as of June 2026. The initiative is designed to connect shipboard employees with volunteer opportunities in destinations visited by Royal Caribbean vessels.
Projects available through the program include community service, environmental initiatives and other forms of assistance for local communities.
