Royal Caribbean Cancels Casita Bookings on Three Ships
Guests aboard Icon, Star and Legend of the Seas were notified of canceled reservations, with refunds promised for affected Legend bookings.

Royal Caribbean has notified guests of canceled casita reservations on Icon of the Seas, Star of the Seas and Legend of the Seas.
In a notice to Legend of the Seas passengers, the cruise line attributed the cancellations of embarkation-day Port Day Casita reservations to an internal error. Royal Caribbean said affected guests would receive full refunds to their original payment methods within 14 business days.
The company also said the problem had been corrected and invited passengers to book a Port Day Casita again through the Royal Caribbean app or its My Royal Cruise website, or to review other available options.
One customer said a casita originally reserved during a sale for $120 was listed at $384 after the booking was canceled. Separately, casita packages were reported as available from $119.99, advertised as a 40% reduction from a $200 price.
