Regent unveils Solmar Terrace for Seven Seas Prestige
The daytime outdoor venue will join Azure as a new culinary concept debuting with Regent’s latest ship class.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has introduced Solmar Terrace, a daytime dining concept exclusive to Seven Seas Prestige. Located outdoors aft of Compass Rose on Deck 5, the venue will operate from noon until 6 p.m.
According to Regent, Solmar Terrace’s menu will range from mezze-style appetizers and sushi to tapas and yakitori. It will be among seven specialty restaurants and 11 dining experiences aboard the ship.
Solmar Terrace is the second new culinary venue announced for Regent’s new ship class, following Azure. The cruise line said Azure’s newly revealed sharing-style menu is inspired by Mediterranean flavors and culinary traditions, with influences spanning Europe, Africa and Asia. Its selection will center on small plates designed to be shared.
Regent also plans to revise the menu at Prime 7, its specialty steakhouse, with updated interpretations of classic recipes. The new dishes will first be introduced aboard Seven Seas Prestige before being extended to Prime 7 restaurants across the rest of the Regent fleet.
