Regent to Cut Suite Count on Three Ships During Dry Docks

Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Grandeur will receive larger accommodations during scheduled work in 2027 and 2028.

Regent Seven Seas plans to reduce the number of suites aboard Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Grandeur from 373 to 344 per ship during scheduled dry docks in 2027 and 2028.

According to the cruise line, the renovations will remove 29 suites from each vessel while introducing larger Veranda Suites, new Horizon Penthouse Suites and three additional Distinctive Suites per ship.

The redesigned Veranda Suites will range from 38 to 43 square metres, up from 29 square metres. The Horizon Penthouse Suites will measure between 57 and 67 square metres and feature oversized balconies, a full bath suite and a spacious living area.

Seven Seas Splendor is scheduled to begin the accommodation upgrades when it enters dry dock in November 2027. Seven Seas Explorer is due to follow in April 2028, with Seven Seas Grandeur scheduled for dry dock in October 2028.
