Princess Cruises passenger completes seven marathons during weeklong sailing
Paul Manson covered 183 miles aboard Enchanted Princess and during port calls, including a five-hour marathon on the ship’s jogging track.

Princess Cruises passenger Paul Manson undertook a challenge to run seven marathons in seven days while sailing for a week aboard Enchanted Princess.
Manson, who completes ambitious running challenges for his YouTube channel, The Random Runner, ran 26.2 miles in each of six destinations: Rome, Naples, Kotor, Corfu, Katakolon and Mount Etna in Sicily. He completed the seventh marathon aboard the ship during a day at sea.
His first run, in Rome, was the longest day of the challenge and took seven hours. For the sea-day marathon, Manson calculated that he would need to complete 185 laps of Enchanted Princess’s jogging track. He used a clicker to count the laps, stopping every few circuits for a drink, and finished in five hours.
Across the seven-day challenge, Manson ran a total of 183 miles.
