Princess Cruises moves away from Princess Cays calls
Published itineraries replace the Bahamian private destination with other Carnival Corporation properties.

Princess Cruises is ending its longstanding practice of calling at Princess Cays, its private island resort on Eleuthera in the Bahamas. The destination has operated since 1992 and has appeared on Princess itineraries for decades.
The cruise line’s published itineraries now show some Princess Cays visits being replaced by calls at other private destinations operated by Carnival Corporation. Those alternatives include RelaxAway/Half Moon Cay and Celebration Key.
Princess Cruises confirmed that several autumn itineraries were revised, with Half Moon Cay substituted for Princess Cays. The company’s published schedules list seven upcoming sailings that still include Princess Cays as a port of call. Three of those cruises are shown as sold out.
The revisions indicate that remaining scheduled visits are limited as Princess shifts future calls toward other destinations within Carnival Corporation’s portfolio.
