Princess Cruises launches cruise search app in ChatGPT
Travelers can compare itineraries, ships, prices and availability through conversational queries without leaving ChatGPT.

Princess Cruises has introduced a native app in ChatGPT designed to help travelers research and compare cruise options through conversational searches.
The app provides access to information from the cruise line, allowing users to filter itineraries by destination, departure date and duration. Travelers can also compare ships and sailings and review current pricing and availability within the same ChatGPT conversation.
Its search coverage includes more than 330 destinations served by Princess Cruises’ 17-ship fleet. Users can explore ports, shore excursions, cruise tours, onboard experiences and packages, then refine the displayed options according to their preferences.
To use the service, travelers can select Princess Cruises within ChatGPT and add or connect the app. A Princess Cruises account is not required when beginning a search.
Princess Cruises said ChatGPT will be the app’s initial platform. The company plans to extend the service to other compatible artificial intelligence platforms, depending on availability and technical requirements.
