Princess Cruises launches ChatGPT cruise planning app
The tool allows travellers to search sailings, review current prices and availability, and compare options within a single conversation.

Princess Cruises has launched a native ChatGPT app designed for cruise discovery, comparison and planning. The company says it is the first global cruise operator to introduce a native app within ChatGPT.
The app provides access to more than 330 destinations served by the line’s 17 ships. Travellers can search by destination, departure date and cruise length, then compare itineraries and vessels while continuing the same conversation. Princess says the tool also displays current pricing and availability and allows users to refine their selections.
To connect, users open a new ChatGPT conversation, type @princesscruises and choose Princess Cruises from the menu. They can then select Add or Connect if prompted. According to the cruise line, connecting the app does not require users to sign in to a Princess account.
The service will initially be available through ChatGPT. Princess plans to extend it to other compatible platforms in the future, depending on platform availability and technical requirements.
