Princess Cruises introduces cruise-planning app in ChatGPT
Travelers can explore itineraries, review current pricing and availability, and refine options within a ChatGPT conversation.

Princess Cruises has launched a native app in ChatGPT that brings cruise planning into the conversational platform. The company describes itself as the first global cruise line to offer such an app.
Travelers can access and install the tool by tagging @princesscruises in ChatGPT. According to Princess, users can search more than 330 destinations served by its 17 ships using everyday language, without leaving the conversation.
The app can check current cruise prices and availability. Travelers can also ask it to narrow possible sailings based on their individual vacation preferences, allowing them to adjust and refine plans during the same exchange.
ChatGPT is the initial platform for the Princess Cruises app. The cruise line said it intends to extend the service to other compatible platforms in the future, depending on platform availability and technical requirements.
