Princess Cruises ends direct sales presence in four Asian markets
The cruise line is adjusting its commercial structure in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and China while maintaining operations elsewhere in the region.

Princess Cruises is ending its direct sales presence in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and China as part of changes to its regional commercial organization.
The company said the targeted strategic adjustments followed a review of its operations against changing market conditions. A Princess Cruises spokesperson did not provide the number of people affected by the changes.
Princess said its operations in Japan, Singapore and Australia remain unchanged. Under the revised structure, the Singapore office now reports to Australia for sales and marketing, while the company’s UK office is assuming responsibility for customer operations. The cruise line said the adjustments represent an evolution in how it operates in parts of the region and that it remains committed to Asia and its opportunities.
