Princess Cruises Details Holiday Sailings and Caribbean Expansion
Seasonal voyages include December departures from Fort Lauderdale, while the cruise line plans a record Caribbean and Panama Canal program for 2027-28.

Princess Cruises’ holiday program features Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s voyages spanning Hawaii to Mexico, with additional options in the Caribbean. The company says ships will carry seasonal decorations and offer holiday programming from Thanksgiving through New Year’s.
Regal Princess is scheduled to depart Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 20 for a six-day Eastern Caribbean cruise, returning Dec. 26. The Christmas voyage includes a call at Celebration Key, Carnival Corporation’s private destination on Grand Bahama.
Caribbean Princess is due to leave Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 17 for a 12-day itinerary covering the Panama Canal, Costa Rica and the Caribbean. The ship is scheduled to return Dec. 29.
Activities will vary by ship but may include tree-lighting events, concerts, singalongs, sweater parties, family programming, gingerbread-house making and Christmas movie screenings. Sky Princess has also begun a full season of six- and eight-day Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral.
Looking further ahead, Princess has announced what it describes as its largest Caribbean and Panama Canal program to date for 2027-28. The deployment is planned to include nine ships, 187 departures and calls at 31 destinations.
