Passenger reports canceled Brilliance of the Seas sailing missing from schedule
Royal Caribbean customer service attributed the April 2027 San Juan cancellation to a ship redeployment, while a refund remained unresolved.

A passenger booked on an April 2027 Brilliance of the Seas cruise from San Juan, Puerto Rico, said the voyage disappeared from Royal Caribbean’s current schedule. He reported that neither the cruise line’s app nor its website could retrieve the reservation and that an online search showed no departures from San Juan that month.
The passenger said Royal Caribbean customer service told him the cruise had been canceled for more than a year because Brilliance of the Seas was reassigned to another port. He was also told that no replacement ship had been allocated to the itinerary.
Royal Caribbean offered to return the payment to the card used for the booking, according to the passenger, who said that card account had since been closed. He alleged that he had received neither notice of the redeployment nor a refund before contacting the company.
However, another person booked on the same sailing provided a screenshot of an email dated Sept. 25, 2025. The notice outlined rebooking and refund choices and said Brilliance of the Seas would operate from Fort Lauderdale instead of San Juan, while Vision of the Seas would sail from San Juan. It also stated that the revised deployment had no voyage matching the canceled reservation. It remained unclear whether the passenger ultimately received a refund.
