OMERS Administration Corp purchased 21,499 shares of Royal Caribbean Cruises during the second quarter, according to its disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The position was valued at approximately $6,827,000.
Institutional investors and hedge funds currently own 87.53% of Royal Caribbean’s stock, the report stated. The report also said CEO Michael W. Bayley sold 12,811 shares on Wednesday, July 29th, at an average price of $315.99. The transaction totaled $4,048,147.89.
Royal Caribbean reported quarterly earnings per share of $4.21, surpassing the consensus estimate of $3.98 by $0.23. Quarterly revenue was $4.83 billion, compared with a consensus estimate of $4.82 billion. Revenue increased 6.5% from the corresponding period a year earlier.
The company set fiscal 2026 earnings-per-share guidance at 17.730-17.870. Royal Caribbean also established third-quarter 2026 earnings-per-share guidance at 6.260-6.360.
