Hedge funds and other institutional investors owned 87.53% of Royal Caribbean stock. The cruise company reported quarterly earnings of $4.21 per share and revenue of $4.83 billion. Quarterly revenue increased 6.5% compared with the prior-year period.
Royal Caribbean set fiscal 2026 earnings-per-share guidance at 17.730 to 17.870. It also set third-quarter 2026 earnings-per-share guidance at 6.260 to 6.360.
In a separate transaction, Chief Executive Michael W. Bayley sold 12,811 shares at an average price of $315.99 each. The sale had a total value of $4,048,147.89.
