Ohio couple charged after alleged altercation in passenger cabin
Court records list felony and misdemeanor charges following an incident involving three cabin occupants, including a child.

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey said Ohio residents Gannon Jacox, 29, and Brooklyn Hicks, 28, were arguing when another passenger asked them to lower their voices. Officials alleged that Hicks then confronted the passengers while Jacox followed and recorded the encounter on his phone.
Authorities said Jacox encouraged Hicks to attack the passengers before the couple allegedly forced their way into the passengers’ cabin. Jacox is accused of striking all three occupants, including a 9-year-old child, while an arrest affidavit alleges Hicks struck one victim. None of the occupants was seriously injured, according to officials. A Facebook post from Ivey said the couple had consumed alcohol before the incident.
Court records show Jacox faces three felony counts of burglary involving assault or battery, one felony child-abuse count and one misdemeanor battery count. Hicks was charged with one felony count of burglary involving assault or battery and one misdemeanor battery count.
