Oceania Allura Completes First Year as Mediterranean Deployment Expands
The 1,200-guest ship is scheduled to spend a full winter season in the Mediterranean during 2027-2028, described as a first for the brand.
Oceania Allura has completed its first year in service following a Mediterranean season, with published schedules outlining a broader future deployment in the region.
Delivered by Fincantieri in Genoa, Allura joined the Oceania Cruises fleet in July 2025. The 1,200-guest vessel became the cruise line’s eighth ship and the second in its Allura class of boutique luxury ships.
The inaugural program started in July 2025 with a maiden voyage from Trieste to Athens. Eastern and Western Mediterranean itineraries followed.
According to cruise-industry reporting and company schedules, Allura is scheduled to operate a full Mediterranean winter season in 2027-2028, described as the brand’s first. Publicly available itinerary information indicates that the ship will return to the Mediterranean each March and remain there through at least early 2029.
Upcoming itineraries identify Rome, Barcelona, Trieste, Athens and Istanbul as embarkation ports. Voyages are generally scheduled to last from seven to fourteen nights.
