Norwegian updates dining, room service and entertainment policies
The cruise line has revised selected fees, theater admission procedures and onboard entertainment offerings.

Norwegian Cruise Line’s current room-service policy applies a $4.95 delivery fee to breakfast orders for most cabins. Guests staying in Haven accommodations and suites are exempt from that charge.
For specialty dining, Norwegian says guests are charged $10 per person when a reservation is not canceled or updated at least two hours before its scheduled time. At Great Tides Waterpark, guests can purchase meals from on-site food trucks or choose complimentary dining options.
The company has also made entertainment changes. Jersey Boys ended its Norwegian Bliss run in February, while Beetlejuice concluded aboard Norwegian Viva in March. Norwegian said it had been updating its entertainment lineup over several years.
In April 2026, the cruise line stopped accepting reservations for main-theater performances. A Norwegian spokesperson said admission now operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The company has also introduced fees for certain productions, including the adults-only LunaTique show.
