Norwegian expects third-quarter results to top guidance
The cruise operator reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook and projected record occupancy and pricing in 2027.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings said it expects third-quarter performance to surpass its earlier guidance, citing revenue that came in better than anticipated. The company also maintained its outlook for the full 2026 financial year.
In July, Norwegian had projected third-quarter earnings of $0.90 per share and EBITDA of $874 million. It now expects results to exceed both of those benchmarks.
Following refinancing activity, Norwegian estimated that net interest expense will be between $860 million and $880 million in 2027. The cruise company also forecast record occupancy and pricing for that year.
Looking further ahead, Norwegian said bookings for 2028 were running above levels recorded at the same point in the prior year. Its shares gained 2% on Wednesday.
