Norwegian Cruise Line expands Gary Anslow’s remit to Middle East and Africa
The regional leadership change is part of a restructuring that combines sales and marketing teams across Norwegian’s international division.

Norwegian Cruise Line has appointed Gary Anslow to oversee its business in the Middle East and Africa in addition to his existing responsibilities as vice president and head of the UK and Ireland.
Anslow succeeds Kevin Bubolz, who previously led the cruise line’s growth efforts in the Middle East and Africa and will now take full responsibility for Continental European operations. Under a restructuring of Norwegian’s international division, both executives will lead combined regional sales and marketing teams, functions that were previously managed separately. Anslow and Bubolz report to Jason Krimmel, the company’s chief international sales and marketing officer.
Norwegian described the Middle East as an important market with opportunities for further growth. The company said it remains committed to investing in partnerships and supporting travel-trade partners as regional demand for cruise holidays rises. It also pointed to its 2027 European itineraries, improvements at Great Stirrup Cay in The Bahamas, the planned September 4 opening of Great Tides Waterpark, and additional ships joining its fleet.
