Norwegian Aura entertainment lineup to feature Whitney Houston production
The new Norwegian Cruise Line ship is scheduled to debut in May 2027 before beginning Caribbean voyages from Miami.
Norwegian Cruise Line has announced the entertainment lineup for Norwegian Aura, led by Whitney: A Celebration of Whitney Houston. The ship is expected to debut in May 2027.
Developed in partnership with The Estate of Whitney E. Houston and Primary Wave Music, the 45-minute production will feature live vocals, a live band and visuals. Performances will extend beyond the main stage of the three-story Aura Theatre & Club.
The lineup also includes ILLUMINOX: Infinite Wonder Unboxed, The Vinyl Republic and the adults-only LunaTique: Pop Circus. LunaTique will be available for an additional charge and will include cocktails paired with each performance.
Norwegian Aura is scheduled to leave Trieste on a seven-day Mediterranean voyage to Barcelona on May 21, 2027. A 13-day transatlantic voyage from Barcelona to Miami will follow.
From June through October 2027, the ship is scheduled to operate seven-day Eastern Caribbean voyages from Miami, calling at Puerto Plata, St. Thomas, Tortola and Great Stirrup Cay. Seven-day Western Caribbean voyages are planned for winter 2027–28, with calls at Roatan, Costa Maya, Cozumel and Harvest Caye.
