Norwegian Aura entertainment lineup to feature Whitney Houston production
Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest and largest ship is scheduled to debut in May 2027 with original theater, live music and nightlife programming.
Norwegian Cruise Line has announced the entertainment lineup for Norwegian Aura, led by Whitney: A Celebration of Whitney Houston. The original production was developed with The Estate of Whitney E. Houston and Primary Wave Music.
The ship will also stage ILLUMINOX: Infinite Wonder Unboxed, a new 45-minute production combining acrobatics, original music and visual effects. The Vinyl Republic, Norwegian’s latest live music collective, will bring rock, country, funk, blues and pop performances to several venues across the vessel.
Adults-only show LunaTique: Pop Circus will move to the Aura Theatre & Club following its debut aboard Norwegian Luna. The production combines cabaret, circus performance and immersive nightlife.
Additional programming will include Aura FIRST NIGHT, a welcome event introducing the onboard entertainment lineup, and Latin LIVE!, a poolside celebration featuring percussionists, singers, dance performances and Latin dance music. Norwegian Aura is scheduled to enter service in May 2027.
