Nieuw Statendam returns to Greenock during 2026 cruise season
The Holland America Line ship called at the Inverclyde port during a voyage from Belfast to Liverpool.

Nieuw Statendam arrived at Greenock Ocean Terminal at about 8am on Saturday, August 29, after sailing from Belfast. The Holland America Line vessel was scheduled to remain in Inverclyde until 11pm.
The visit marked the ship’s latest call at Greenock, following an earlier stop during the 2026 cruise season. After departing Inverclyde, Nieuw Statendam was due to spend Sunday at sea before reaching Liverpool on Monday, August 31.
Launched in 2018, the 975ft vessel has a gross tonnage of 99,500. It can accommodate 2,666 passengers and more than 1,000 crew members, with guest facilities distributed across 14 decks.
Onboard attractions include ocean-view pickleball courts and a Memphis-style blues club.
