Nieuw Statendam Continues Dover Sailings Before Winter in Florida
Holland America Line’s ship is operating Baltic and Scandinavian voyages as part of the company’s renewed programme from Dover.
Nieuw Statendam is sailing a 14-night return itinerary from Dover to destinations in the Baltics and Scandinavia. The Holland America Line ship carries 2,666 passengers.
The cruise line returned to Dover the previous year, resuming operations from the port for the first time in a decade. Its programme has featured itineraries to the Mediterranean, Norwegian fjords and Canary Islands, along with voyages around the British Isles.
Nieuw Statendam will continue sailing from Dover until October. The ship is then due to reposition to Fort Lauderdale for the winter season before returning to the UK in April 2027.
Holland America Line has also listed a 13-night, full-board Baltic Capitals & Berlin Oktoberfest cruise departing from Dover on September 17, 2027.
