MSC World Asia to introduce five new bar and lounge concepts
The third World Class ship will feature 40 bars, lounges and cafés when it begins Mediterranean sailings in December 2026.
MSC Cruises has outlined five new beverage and entertainment venues planned for MSC World Asia: Clubhouse & Soda Bar, Sky Box Bar, The Terraces Bar & Lounge, Coral Cove Bar and Pan Asian Bar. The ship will have 40 bars, lounges and cafés in total, including 13 new experiences and reimagined spaces compared with MSC World Europa.
At Clubhouse & Soda Bar, guests will be able to customize non-alcoholic sodas by selecting a base, flavored syrups, cream and toppings. The venue will also include MSC Cruises-themed games, interactive digital tables and challenges, along with a LEGO area and bumper cars.
Sky Box Bar, located within Luna Park Arena, will serve premium drinks and cocktails. The Terraces Bar & Lounge will combine panoramic sea views with cocktails, wines, prosecco and food including focaccia and olives. Its program will also include live music and expert-led tastings of selected local wines.
MSC World Asia is the third vessel in MSC Cruises’ World Class series and will incorporate design details influenced by Asian culture, art and landscapes. It is scheduled to begin seven-night Mediterranean cruises on December 4, 2026, with calls at Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia for Rome, Messina and Valletta.
