MSC Preziosa set for final 2026 Greenock call
The Hamburg round-trip will bring Greenock’s largest cruise ship of the year by passenger capacity to the Ocean Terminal on September 29.

MSC Preziosa is scheduled to call at Greenock’s Ocean Terminal on September 29 during a round-trip cruise from Hamburg. The 139,072-gross-ton ship can carry up to 4,378 passengers and 1,370 crew, making it the largest vessel by passenger capacity due to visit Greenock this year.
The itinerary also includes Kirkwall, Stornoway, Belfast and Liverpool. The September 29 visit is planned as MSC Preziosa’s third and final Greenock call of 2026, following earlier arrivals on May 15 and September 9.
Greenock’s cruise calendar has recorded almost 70 ship arrivals since mid-April, including six vessels making their first calls at the Ocean Terminal. Later in the season, Hebridean Princess is scheduled to visit on November 2-3 and return on November 7. The former CalMac ferry was converted for cruise operations in the late 1980s and regularly spends the winter laid up in Greenock’s James Watt Dock.
