MSC Cruises plans five-ship South America season for 2027/2028
Sailings from November 2027 through April 2028 will range from mini-cruises to voyages of up to nine nights.

Five MSC Cruises ships will sail in South America during the 2027/2028 season, offering regular cruises and varied itineraries. The program is scheduled to begin in November 2027 and continue until April 2028.
The itineraries will range from mini-cruises to longer voyages of up to nine nights, with stops in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. MSC Cruises said the program will include onboard entertainment, leisure, wellness and hospitality experiences for different types of travelers.
MSC Splendida and MSC Virtuosa are scheduled to return to South America for the season. MSC Meraviglia will operate in the region for the first time, offering entertainment, dining and leisure options. MSC Musica will be refurbished and will provide comfort, entertainment and wellness offerings.
Javier Massignani of MSC Cruises said MSC Splendida will offer itineraries departing from Buenos Aires. Its program will combine dining, entertainment, wellness and outdoor spaces for passengers to enjoy during the voyage and at each destination.
