MSC Cruises names fourth World Class ship
MSC World Atlantic is scheduled to begin year-round Caribbean service from Port Canaveral in November 2027.

MSC Cruises has named MSC World Atlantic as the fourth vessel in its World Class series, following MSC World Europa, MSC World America and MSC World Asia. The company projects that the ship will enter service in November 2027, operating year-round, seven-night Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral, Florida.
For the winter 2027-2028 season, planned destinations include Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, Cozumel in Mexico and Grand Turk. MSC Cruises says World Atlantic would be the first World Class vessel to visit Grand Turk.
The ship is expected to feature more than 30 bars, restaurants and lounges. Among them, Viva La Musica is planned as a Latin culture-focused venue offering live music, dancing and nightlife. MSC Cruises also plans to debut The Clubhouse, a retro-themed family entertainment space with table games, bumper cars, basketball, roller skating and a Lego Family Zone.
